The working load limit is the maximum load that the clamp are authorized to support when used in pairs with a lift angle of 60° . In lifting operations the clamps can be used in pairs or multiples.

Product Description
Plate lifting clamps are mechanically operated for smooth, fast and safe handling of plates both horizontally and vertically.
These clamps will hold the plates with a friction gripping force, which can be locked through a lever, while holding the plate.
Till the lever is unlocked, the plates are not released. They are very safe for handling of plates, with minimum manpower.
How to use
The steel plate clamps have the feature of distributing the lifting points evenly.
When lift, open the jaw of the clamp, clamp the goods then lift.
After the goods touchdown, without load, then take down the lifting clamp.
Notes of using the plate steel lifting clamp
Ø Suspension and hanging work should be proceeded by the people who have the qualification...
Ø Select the clamps which are used for their intended purpose.
Ø Use in the allowable load rang.
Ø Use in allowable range of plate thickness.
Ø Not to enter crane operating range or flip area.
Ø Not beat or impact lifted goods and clamps.
Ø Do not make the goods move or stop rapidly.
Ø Do not lift the weighted goods, it is best to use more than two clamps to make sure being safe.
Ø Use after checking the mouth clamp the plate, gasket, the jams between tooths, wear state and other abnormal phenomena.
