The round slings are usually made up of  polyester The surface of round sling can prevent the object wear and tear or scratch even it can lift the object that would be damaged. The  round cover belt  isn't bearing weight , but only protecting the inside parallelly-ranged silk-bunch .The outside round round cover belt will break first or warn when overloading gravely or using for a long time, then the accident will be in case.

The safety coefficient is 7:1 ,according to your special needs, 5:1, 6:1,8:1 for your choice. The working load is diffientiated by colors according to international standard easy to identify even if the sling has been abraded.

When ordering it is important to make clear whether the length specified is circumference or effective working length.

Dawson  Eye & Eye Round Lifting Sling(ASME/ANSI B30.9)Features:

1. Color, in according with international standard, to validate sling capacity.

2. Special thickness sleeves and special technical to add using life.

3. Each strips equal to 1ton capacity, it is easy to differentiate sling capacity.

4. Clearly print WLL and length on surface of sling.

5. Change-bearing point to add using life.

6. If the core material no break, no loss of strength from abrasion, there is a simple ness way, it is easy to differentiate

to decide if the sling is taken away from service or not.

7. 100% polyester has less than 3% extension at rated capacity, and will return originally length, and 9-12% extension at break.

8.Clearly tag with serial number and a copy of certificate together with one sling.

9. Working temperature range: -40 -100

Advice for use:

1.Failure to comply with this warning may result in serious load damage and death or injury.

2.Use only if trained.

3.Can fail if damaged, misused or overloaded.

4.Inspect sling for damage before each use.

5.Always protect sling webbing from sharp edges of load.

6.Do not attempt to use sling above rated lifting capacity.

7.Do not use sling if rated capacity tag is removed or unreadable.

8.Avoid acid, alkali and sunlight.

9.Do not tie knots in sling webbing as strength is greatly reduced.

10.Do not use sling if there are any signs of cut webbing, heat or chemical damage, excessive wear, or other defects.

11.Consult sling load chart for basket hitch capacity reduction due to sling angle.

12.Do not try to repair sling by yourself.

Free cost if the quantity is small or value is not too high with the express charge covered by the buyers. And for some certain items after receiving the first formal order, we deduct the sample cost from it. Everything can be negotiated for a sincere cooperation.

T/T in U.S.dollars or EUR. when the total price is higher than US$10,000.00, it is 30%T/T in adv, balance payment against the copy of B/L; when the total price is lower than US$10,000.00,100%T/T in adv.

For all of our products are manufactured according customers' order, the lead time is usually within 15-40 days after reception of your deposit. Usually, from China to Europe, it will take about 22 days; to west of American, 20 days. Usually shipped by sea, or air, DHL, UPS or Fedex, TNT.
