Ratchet tie down description
1. Material: 100% high tenacity polyester
2. Lashing Capacity: 250kg-5000kg
3. Safety Factor: 2: 1, 3: 1
4. Handle: Plastic Handle, Rubber Handle, steel handle
5. End fitting: J hook/Flat hook /S hook / Swan hook and so on
6. Color: Accroding to EN12195-2 /customer required
7. Length: 1m-50m or customer required
8. Logo: Can print, Label: PVC or Non-woven fabric
9. Storage temperature: Polyester material for -40° C~100°
10. Packing: PE absorbing membrane, with carton packing and fumigate-free pallet loading
The main advantages of ratchet lashings are:
1. Load restraint using a tensioning device (ratchet)
2. Effective and safe control of loads whilst transportation
3. Extremely quick and efficient tie down and release of load thus saving time.
4. No damage to the load being tied down.
Ratchet Lashings are used for tying down loads whilst transporting, shifting or moving them. They have replaced traditional jute ropes, chains and wires used for transportation and for a variety of other applications.
They are available in a large variety of configurations of different ratchets of various capacities and end fittings. Pictures shown here are only indicative and not exhaustive.

Dawson answer: Our QC will inspect the goods, we will take out 5 products from the goods and make the Breaking Strength, we will delivery the customer if all products can pass.
