Ratchet tie down description
1. Material: 100% high tenacity polyester

5. Color: Accroding to EN12195-2 /customer required

9. Storage temperature: Polyester material for -40° C~100°
10. Packing: PE absorbing membrane, with carton packing and fumigate-free pallet loading
The main advantages of ratchet lashings are:
1. Load restraint using a tensioning device (ratchet)
2. Effective and safe control of loads whilst transportation
3. Extremely quick and efficient tie down and release of load thus saving time.
4. No damage to the load being tied down.
Ratchet Lashings are used for tying down loads whilst transporting, shifting or moving them. They have replaced traditional jute ropes, chains and wires used for transportation and for a variety of other applications.
They are available in a large variety of configurations of different ratchets of various capacities and end fittings. Pictures shown here are only indicative and not exhaustive.

4. Customer ask: For your ratchet buckle product, how to make sure the Breaking Strength can pass?
Dawson answer: Our QC will inspect the goods, we will take out 5 products from the goods and make the Breaking Strength, we will delivery the customer if all products can pass.
