DAWSON Double Braided Polypropylene Multifilament Rope
 

 

Nylon multifilament varieties (line), polyester, polypropylene filament and other products can be used with two synthetic materials since the beginning, the outer layer of the composite production, to meet the special needs of users. The product uses the latest technology, to reduce the fiber material in the production process of a strong self-consumption, increasing inner and outer rope yarn synchronization. Its powerful than similar products increased by 10%, wear resistance increased, elongation decreased, floating and so on. It is the introduction of international advanced technology research and development, high-tech products and patented product.

Mainly used for domestic and foreign large marine equipment, ocean transportation, national defense, offshore, ports and other.

Polypropylene Rope

Polypropylene rope (or PP rope) has a density of 0.91 meaning this is a floating rope. This is generally manufactured using monofilament, splitfilm or multifilament fibres. Polypropylene rope is commonly used for fishing and other general marine applications. It comes in a 3 and 4 strand construction and as an 8 strand braided hawser rope. The melting point of polypropylene is 165°C.

Q1:Can I expect quality products?
Yes. All our activities are accredited to ISO 9001 and based on delivering the highest quality possible, both in products and services, ensuring long-term benefits and optimum performance. Also we got the below certifications: CE GS SUV, LR ABS(anchors and anchor chains). Our rigging hardware is manufactured under exceptional quality control and strictly adheres to the US,DIN,JIS,BS and AS standards.

Q2:Can I get a (free) sample?
Free cost if the quantity is small or value is not too high with the express charge covered by the buyers. And for some certain items after receiving the first formal order, we deduct the sample cost from it. Everything can be negotiated for a sincere cooperation.

Q3:What's your payment terms?
T/T in U.S.dollars or EUR. when the total price is higher than US$10,000.00, it is 30%T/T in adv, balance payment against the copy of B/L; when the total price is lower than US$10,000.00,100%T/T in adv.

Q4:What's your lead/shipment time? And how soon can I receive my goods?
For all of our products are manufactured according customers' order, the lead time is usually within 15-40 days after reception of your deposit. Usually, from China to Europe, it will take about 22 days; to west of American, 20 days. Usually shipped by sea, or air, DHL, UPS or Fedex, TNT.

Different products with different limits. Please contact us to confirm. Generally, we are not doing retailing for we are supplying our quality products and competitive price to our distributors.
