DAWSON Hot Dip Galvanized US Type Bow Shackle with Safety Pin

 

Bolt Type Anchor Shackle with thin head bolt - nut with cotter pin. Meets the performance requirements of Federal Specification RR-C-271G Type IVA, EN 13889:2003+A1:2008, Grade A, Class 3, except for those provisions required of the contractor. 

*Maximum Proof Load is 2.0 times the Working Load Limit. 
*Minimum Ultimate Strength is 6 times the Working Load Limit. 
*Individually Proof Tested with certification.
*Furnished in Anchor Style only. Furnished with Round Head Bolts with welded handles 
Application: High tensile forged shackle mainly using for lifting purpose or connecting parts being the lifting point and other lifting equipment.
The bow shackle is common produce used in the offshore industry,this shackle can be used in temporary and permanent in the mooring system, finish is hot dip galvanized.

Q1:Can I expect quality products?
Yes. All our activities are accredited to ISO 9001 and based on delivering the highest quality possible, both in products and services, ensuring long-term benefits and optimum performance. Also we got the below certifications: CE GS SUV, LR ABS(anchors and anchor chains). Our rigging hardware is manufactured under exceptional quality control and strictly adheres to the US,DIN,JIS,BS and AS standards.

Q2:Can I get a (free) sample?
Free cost if the quantity is small or value is not too high with the express charge covered by the buyers. And for some certain items after receiving the first formal order, we deduct the sample cost from it. Everything can be negotiated for a sincere cooperation.

Q3:What's your payment terms?
T/T in U.S.dollars or EUR. when the total price is higher than US$10,000.00, it is 30%T/T in adv, balance payment against the copy of B/L; when the total price is lower than US$10,000.00,100%T/T in adv.

Q4:What's your lead/shipment time? And how soon can I receive my goods?
For all of our products are manufactured according customers' order, the lead time is usually within 15-40 days after reception of your deposit. Usually, from China to Europe, it will take about 22 days; to west of American, 20 days. Usually shipped by sea, or air, DHL, UPS or Fedex, TNT.
